Workouts For the Week

First let me say today's weigh in went ok. It was in the right direction, although I would have loved way more. I was down .6 lbs. At this rate, my kids may graduate high school before I will reach goal, but at least I'm getting there, right?

Second, I thought it would give me some extra accountability to post my planned workouts for the week and then evaluate how I did at the end of the week with it.

  • Monday: Salsa class @ gym, Hip Hop dance video
  • Tuesday: C25K (couch to 5K) program, yoga video
  • Wednesday: Salsa class @ gym, Hip Hop dance video, Dancer workout @ gym
  • Thursday: C25K program, yoga video
  • Friday: Turbo Kickboxing class @ gym, Hip Hop dance video
  • Saturday: C25K program, Hip Hop dance class @ gym
  • Sunday: walk/rest
So there you have it, my plan for the week. I just finished all of Monday's workouts, so I am now looking forward to some relaxation.
